Scheduling an Appointment
We accept appointments for initial consultations Monday through Friday during regular business hours, Saturday mornings, and we will accomodate emergencies as necessary . Please bring a copy of your pet’s medical records and x-rays, or you may ask your family veterinarian to send the information to our office.
Initial Consultation
During your appointment the surgeon will review your pet’s medical records and x-rays, perform a complete examination and discuss the treatment options available for your pet. On occasion, additional tests may be required to provide the most accurate diagnosis. If surgery is required, the doctor will discuss the procedure and estimated costs. Generally, appointments last 60 minutes, however, our surgeons will spend the time necessary to discuss your pet’s specific medical case and answer your questions. Please contact us as soon as you decide to move forward with your pet’s surgery.

Discharge
After surgery, you will be contacted regarding a discharge time. When picking up your pet, we will go over necessary post-surgical care, answer any questions you may have and provide printed instructions for at home care.
